Return policy
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only for defective merchandise.
What counts as defective: product that is spoiled, corked or flat; leaking or damaged containers; a seal that was broken before purchase; or items subject to a manufacturer recall.
How to return: bring the item and your receipt to the store within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right with an exchange or refund. Questions first? Call (510) 963-5961.
Alcohol: California ABC rules restrict returns of alcoholic beverages — exchanges or refunds on alcohol are limited to defective product or purchase errors.
DoorDash orders: for a damaged or incorrect delivery item, report the issue through the DoorDash app and it will be refunded through DoorDash.
